About

These terms apply to purchases of digital products (such as drumkits and sample packs) offered on hopexmusic.com by HOPEX. Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip; by purchasing you also agree to Payhip's terms.

Digital delivery

After successful payment you receive a download link by email, delivered automatically by Payhip. Keep a personal backup of your files after downloading.

License

Purchased sample packs are royalty-free for music production: you may use the sounds in your own musical works, including commercial releases, without crediting HOPEX.

You may not:

resell, redistribute or share the pack or any individual sounds as-is;
repackage the sounds into another sample pack, preset pack or similar product;
claim authorship or ownership of the original sounds.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where required by law. If something is wrong with your order — a broken download, missing files — contact me and it will be fixed.

Liability

The products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HOPEX is not liable for any indirect damage arising from the use of the products or this website.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies.
